Conference Registration Fee*:

Students:  Free

Other participants : HK$ 1,600 (on-site, CASH ONLY)

*The registration fee includes dinner banquet. lunch coupons and coffee breaks during the 3-day conference. A registration form must be submitted (regardless of abstract submission) in order to enjoy the catering service.

Registration Procedure (required for all participants):

All participants must complete the on-site registration on Jan 5, 2009 (8:15am to 8:50am). The opening speech will be held on 8:50am. Please refer to conference agenda for details.

Students are regarded as full-time/part-time registered students of a tertiary institution. There is no registration fee for students. However, participant must submit a registration form in order to confirm the attendance and catering services (regardless of abstract submission). 

A valid student card is required at the time of formal registration on Jan 5, 2009 at the conference. You will be charged the full fee (HK$1600) in CASH if you fail to provide the required identification.
