Purpose of Collection

The personal data provided by means of this form will be used by the "The HKUST Physics Alumni Association (HKUSTPAA)" for the following purposes

registration and administration related process
achieving the Objectives of PAA as stipulated in the Constitution (Section 2.4).
to facilitate communication between the "The Physics Alumni Association (HKUST) and Department of Physics, HKUST and HKUST.

Classes of Transferees

The personal data you provide by means of this form may be disclosed to Department of Physics, HKUST or HKUST for the purposes mentioned above
