The project is a literature review of nano-science. It talks about the historical developments of nano science and introduces some nano-structure materials. It also covers some nano science research and invented devices developed in the Department of Physics of  HKUST. It finally describes some applications of nano-science and technology in different areas.

To present the 3D structure of the carbon nano tube, Mr.Au used computer software to simulate the structure and a powerpoint file has been prepared for presenting to the public.  Nano science is one of the topics in Mini-lecture series and it is very popular among secondary school students. Mr. Au put great effort to enrich and update the contents of the presentation materials.
