Talk Title: Quantum phase transitions of two-species Bose-Hubbard models

We study the quantum phases of the two-species bosons on a two-dimensional square lattice.
Using large scale quantum Monte Carlo (QMC) simulation by the Worm Algorithm we identify
the phase boundaries and the nature of different phases. When the nearest neighbor Coulomb
interaction is turned off, we find the paired-superfluid phase. When the nearest neighbor Coulomb
interaction is turned on, we find the paired-supersolid phase. Finally we identify
the universality class of some of the transitions.
