Summary of year 2003/2004

The new HKUST Physics Alumni Association was established in August 2003. In the past year (2003/2004), the PAA decided to set $0 member registration fee. As there were very few registered members, the main duties of the association is to recruit a large number of members. Below is a summary of the activities and works that the association worked through out the year 2003/2004.

5 Mar 2004	Career Night	8 physics alumni sharing their job experiences in job hunting skills.
9 May 2004	CUE's Cup	organized by Physics Student Association, including basketball and football
11 July 2004	Basketball Game for Physics Alumni	16 participants, at Sport Hall in UST
1 Oct 2004	AGM	15 members, at BBQ King (Sai Kung)

2.2.2 Full Members of the Association are also Full Members of the HKUSTAA upon approval of membership applications and payment of membership subscriptions. A Full Member of HKUSTAA does not automatically become a member of the Association.

7.6.1 Full and Associate Members shall pay the prescribed membership fees to the Association annually. The amounts shall only be revised at General Meeting. Paid membership fees shall not be refundable.
